In the family album of neighbor Regina, the oldest photo, reminiscent of the interwar period, was discovered—it is of Regina’s father, Petras, in his childhood.
Regina shared that she spent more time with her father than with her mother, and she still often thinks of him, even now in her advanced age. For the courtyard portrait, the photo chosen was the one she found in the family album while sorting through belongings after her father’s funeral.
The portrait of Regina’s father will be executed using monochromatic painting techniques.
